Issue:
You are trying to add additional domain to your cPanel account. However, you are not able to do so as you receive error message as per below:
Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server.
Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns
and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
Reason:
The nameserver for the domain that you are trying to add to your cPanel as addon domain does not pointing to the correct nameserver.
Solution:
You will required to change the nameserver to point to the nameserver which has been emailed for your main cPanel account. The email subject is "New Server Configuration Guide - <domain>".
