If the Email Cannot Be Recovered

An email may not be recoverable if:

  • It has been permanently deleted.
  • The Deleted Items folder has been emptied.
  • The email has exceeded the retention period set by the system administrator.

If you cannot locate the deleted email, contact your email administrator or hosting provider for further assistance.

Note: Emails permanently deleted from the Deleted Items folder may not be recoverable.

Tip: Regularly review the Deleted Items folder before emptying it to avoid accidentally losing important emails.
