How to Mark an Email as not Spam Print

If a legitimate email has been incorrectly marked as spam, you can mark it as Not Spam to move it back to your inbox and help improve future email filtering.

Step 1: Open the Junk Email Folder

  1. Log in to your business email account.
  2. In the folder list, click Junk Email.

Step 2: Select the Email

  1. Locate the email that was incorrectly marked as spam.
  2. Select the email you want to restore.

Step 3: Mark the Email as Not Spam

  1. Click Not Spam in the toolbar, or right-click the email and select Not Spam.
  2. The email will be moved back to your Inbox.

Step 4: Verify the Email

  1. Open your Inbox.
  2. Confirm that the email has been successfully restored.

Mark Multiple Emails as Not Spam

  1. Open the Junk Email folder.
  2. Select one or more emails.
  3. Click Not Spam in the toolbar, or right-click the selected emails and choose Not Spam.

The selected emails will be moved back to your inbox.

Tip: If emails from a trusted sender are frequently marked as spam, consider adding the sender to your contacts or safe senders list to help ensure future messages are delivered to your inbox.
