How to Save an Email as a Draft Print

f you are not ready to send an email, you can save it as a draft and continue editing it later.

Step 1: Create a New Email

  1. Log in to your business email account.
  2. Click Compose to create a new email.
  3. Enter the recipient, subject, and message as needed.

Step 2: Save the Email as a Draft

  1. Click Save Draft in the compose window.
  2. The email will be saved to the Drafts folder.

Step 3: Access a Saved Draft

  1. Open the Drafts folder.
  2. Select the draft email you want to continue working on.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the email.

Step 4: Send the Draft

  1. Review the email content.
  2. Add any attachments if required.
  3. Click Send when you are ready to send the email.

Delete a Draft

If you no longer need a draft:

  1. Open the Drafts folder.
  2. Select the draft email.
  3. Click Delete or move it to the Deleted Items folder.

Note: Draft emails may be automatically saved at regular intervals to help prevent the loss of unsaved work.

Tip: Use drafts when you need more time to review your message before sending it.
