f you are not ready to send an email, you can save it as a draft and continue editing it later.
Step 1: Create a New Email
- Log in to your business email account.
- Click Compose to create a new email.
- Enter the recipient, subject, and message as needed.
Step 2: Save the Email as a Draft
- Click Save Draft in the compose window.
- The email will be saved to the Drafts folder.
Step 3: Access a Saved Draft
- Open the Drafts folder.
- Select the draft email you want to continue working on.
- Make the necessary changes to the email.
Step 4: Send the Draft
- Review the email content.
- Add any attachments if required.
- Click Send when you are ready to send the email.
Delete a Draft
If you no longer need a draft:
- Open the Drafts folder.
- Select the draft email.
- Click Delete or move it to the Deleted Items folder.
Note: Draft emails may be automatically saved at regular intervals to help prevent the loss of unsaved work.
Tip: Use drafts when you need more time to review your message before sending it.
