If you receive unwanted or suspicious emails, you can mark them as spam. This helps keep your inbox organized and improves spam filtering.
Method 1: Mark a Single Email as Spam

Log in to your business email account.

Open the folder containing the email.

Select the email you want to mark as spam.

Click Spam in the toolbar, or right-click the email and select Spam.
The email will be moved to the Junk Email folder.
Method 2: Mark Multiple Emails as Spam

Select one or more emails.

Click Spam in the toolbar, or right-click the selected emails and choose Spam.

Confirm the action if prompted.
The selected emails will be moved to the Junk Email folder.
View Spam Emails

Open the Junk Email folder.

Review any emails that have been marked as spam.
Remove the Spam Status
If a legitimate email was marked as spam by mistake:

Open the Junk Email folder.

Select the email.
-
Click Not Spam or Move to Inbox.
The email will be returned to your inbox.
Tip: Only mark unwanted or suspicious emails as spam. If an important email is mistakenly marked as spam, move it back to your inbox to help improve future email filtering.
