How to set an Auto Reply (Vacation Responder) Print

You can set an automatic reply to inform senders that you are away or unavailable. Auto replies are sent automatically to incoming emails during the period you specify.

Step 1: Open Auto Reply Settings

  1. Log in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Select My Settings.
  4. Click Auto Reply or Vacation Responder.

Step 2: Enable Auto Reply

  1. Enable the Auto Reply option.
  2. Enter a Subject for your automatic reply.
  3. Type the message you want to send to people who email you.

Example:

Subject: Out of Office

Thank you for your email.

I am currently out of the office and will return on 15 August 2026. I will respond to your email as soon as possible after I return.

For urgent matters, please contact support@myduniahosting.com.

Thank you.

Step 3: Set the Auto Reply Period

  1. Select the Start Date and End Date for the auto reply.
  2. If you want the auto reply to start immediately, select today's date as the start date.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  1. Review your auto reply settings.
  2. Click Save.

Your automatic reply will be sent to incoming emails during the selected period.

Disable Auto Reply

To turn off the auto reply before the end date:

  1. Go to Settings > My Settings > Auto Reply.
  2. Disable the Auto Reply option.
  3. Click Save.
