How to create an Email Signature Print

An email signature is automatically added to the end of your outgoing emails. It can include your name, job title, company, contact information, or other details.

Step 1: Open Signature Settings

  1. Log in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Select My Settings.
  4. Click Signatures.

Step 2: Create a New Signature

  1. Click New.
  2. Enter a name for your signature.
  3. In the editor, type the information you want to include in your email signature.

Step 3: Save the Signature

  1. Click Save to create your signature.

Step 4: Set the Default Signature (Optional)

  1. Select the signature you created.
  2. Enable Use as Default (if available).
  3. Click Save.

Your signature will now be automatically added to new emails and replies.

Edit or Delete a Signature

To edit a signature:

  1. Go to Settings > My Settings > Signatures.
  2. Select the signature you want to edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save.

To delete a signature:

  1. Select the signature.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Tip: Keep your email signature simple and professional. Include only the information you want recipients to see, such as your name, job title, company, phone number, and email address.
