1. Login to cPanel
2. Locate and click on the "Web disk" icon from within the "Files" category.

Open the Web Disk page from within cPanel.

1. You will be redirected to the Web Disk.
2. Below Create an Additional Web Disk Account, insert a username for your account.
3. Insert your password inside the box of Password.
4. Insert again your password inside the box of Password (Again).
5. To make a strong password, you can click the Password Generator, it can create a random strong password for you.
6. In the directory box, cPanel will automatically fill in the box based on the username that inserted earlier. To make a change to your directory, simply just type the directory name that you want.
7. CPanel set default permissions for the directory are for full read and write access but if you want to make the user read permissions only, click Read-Only.
8. Select the Enable Digest Authentication check box if you want to enable digest authentication. Digest authentication is for those that use Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8, and you want to use an unencrypted Web Disk connection.
9. Click Crete.
