Issue:
I cannot access my website. It seesm like there function that i used is not available in the latest PHP version. I need to change back to the old supported PHP version. This might happened due to the function has been depreciated inside latest PHP version.
Solution:
With our hosting solution. Customer will be able to have the options to change their default PHP version from the cPanel. Please find below step to activate the old PHP version.
- Login to your cPanel account.
- Scroll down to software/services menu and click on the 'Select PHP version' button.
- Select your preffered PHP version and click on the set default button.
- once don, you will be able to select PHP options available based on your selected PHP version.
- If you did add or remove the options, you need to click on the save button to make sure it is activated.
You may test your website again, and see if you are able to access your website or applications.
