Issue:
You are borred or have decide to switch to our hosting services. Since your previous hosting providers also using cPanel account, you would like to have whole account to be transffered without having to do a lot of changes on your account.
Solutions:
Our hosting services are using cPanel as the main control panel for all our customers since it is the best web control panel and also the most user friendly compared to others. To have all your account transferred to us, you need to do a full backup of you cPanel account. How to do this?
1. Access to your cPanel and go to Files> click on backup icon.
2. Click on the Download or generate a full website backup button same as per below image.
3. Click on the Generate Backup button as per below image.
4. An email will be automatically sent to the account owner once the backup process finish.
5. You will need to open a support case and send us below information:
Domain name:
username:
password:
once we get the full info, we will help you download from your current server to our servers and restore your account.
