Issue:
You are not able to see your .htaccess file when you access your directory using File Manager, but able to see it when using FTP access
Reason:
.htaccess file is considered as a hidden file in linux and as a security measure it will be hidden for normal access
Solutions:
To make sure that you are able to see .htaccess file when accessing your directory using File Manager, click "Setting" on top of right page and make sure you tick "Show Hidden Files" when the first window prompt and click "Save". You may refer below screenshot.
