Issue:
You find that your password is not secured and would like to change it.
Solutions:
Please take note that there two possible ways for you to change your cPanel password. Please refer below details for more info:
If you know your cPanel password:
1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Locate the "Password & Security" icon.
3. Fill in the required fields.
4. Please make sure that you have select/tick "Enable digest authentication" to make sure that all authentication related to your cPanel account including, FTP user, MySQL user, Webdav user are also updated.
5. Click the "Change your password now!"button to make the changes.
If you do not know your cPanel password:
1. Login to our client area.
2. Go to "Services"
3. Select the service you wish to change the password for.
4. Click on "Change Password".
5. Enter the required information.
6. Click the "Save Changes" button.
