At the homepage of client area,

Under "Domains" menu, click on "Renew Domains".
Select on "Available Renewal Periods" options you would like to choose.
Click on "Add to Cart" button. Now you can see your order summary on your right side.
Click on "View Cart" button to review and checkout.
