Email encryption protects the emails messages from reaching unauthorized recipients. It make your message encrypt by using “public key” and allow the recipient to get “Private Key” to make them readable(decrypted).
First, need to login to cPanel and under Email choose Encryption.
Then, fill up the information in the form. Under the password, make sure the password are strong. While, under expiration date is enter the time frame of your key. Under key size, has option of key size. Choose the suitable key size that you want. The larger the key size, the more secure the key. After fill up all the information, click the generate key.
Once successfully generate key, now you can import the key.
A new interface will open. And then, paste the GPG or PGP data below by enter your paste public key which is include your header and footer rows. After done paste the public key, click the Import button.
To view the the public or private key, click the button View. While, if want to delete the public or private key, just click Delete GnuPG Key.
