First of all, you need to check whether or not the error logging on your account is enabled. To check, you need to have access into your cPanel.
1) Open your cPanel and click on “Select PHP Version” under Software category.
2) Then, click on “Switch to PHP Options” at the top-right of the screen.
3) Look for log_errors, and set the value to “On” if it is originally “Off”.
4) Finally, click on “Save” to save the changes and click on “Set as current” to apply the changes to your account.
