We would like to let you know that last night we had to go for Urgent Maintenance mode due to some stability issue on our core backend virtualization system. This had cause intermittent access to some of our customer servers and also our own application servers. Our engineer had identified that the issue had been cause by Memory module and also Networking module. These modules has been successfully replace last night and the activity start from 12 midnight until 6am this morning. Currently, the system is in self healing mode. It is expected for you to have intermittent access to your website and also applications while self healing mode is activated.

We understand your concern on this excercise. However, please stay calm and be with us. We can assure you that all your data are stay intact and this activity will not cause any data loss. Our team are closely monitoring the status of the cluster performance will keep you posted on the status.
