Malaysia's Sales and Service Tax (SST) Rate to Increase to 8% Starting March 2024

Effective March 1, 2024, the SST rate in Malaysia will be increased from 6% to 8%. Consequently, all invoices and payments received on or after March 1, 2024, will be subject to the updated 8% rate.
